Pay for performance
We offer our employees an opportunity to share in the success of the company. Incentives are geared towards individual and company performance and are payable at the company's discretion annually.

Mediclaim policy for self and family
This Scheme covers hospitalization expenses for self and family as per the policy of the company.

Provident fund
We offer a provident fund contribution scheme
-   Each month the company contributes a sum equivalent to 12 per cent of your salary, and
-   You l contribute a minimum of 12 per cent (of basic salary) per month.

Vacation and other leaves
Our employees are entitled to a maximum 50 days of leave in a calendar year, comprising of ten sick leaves, 10 casual leaves and 30 earned / privilege leaves. Maternity leave is provided as defined by the law.

Gratuity
We encourage our employees to stay with us for longer and a gratuity scheme is offered after completion of five years with us. This benefit entitles you to 15 days salary for every year of service based on your current basic pay at the time of separation.

Dependents pension
In the unfortunate event of your death, your partner or other nominated dependants will be entitled to receive a pension from your provident fund retirement scheme.
